Quality Assurance Coordinator:
Full-time Q.A. position located in our Dover-Foxcroft Administration office. Responsibilities include ensuring paperwork in CWC programs is in compliance with regulations. Efficiency in office skills, excellent organization, communication and professional presentation required. Must have proven experience with reviewing documents for accuracy and be attentive to details. Must have high school diploma or equivalent, Associate Degree in related field and/or 2 years of office experience preferred. Experience with MS Word and Excel required. Must have insured reliable transportation as position requires travel throughout CWC service areas.
We are seeking a State of Maine licensed Registered Nurse to provide medical and clinical education for our employees who support individuals with a diagnosis of behavioral health, developmental disabilities or brain injury. The person will be expected to provide CRMA training, diabetes education, education on specific medical treatment as well as provide onsite medical consultation. Experience in psychiatric nursing preferred. Experience teaching adult learners and CRMA trainer certification preferred. Must have a valid Maine driver’s license with reliable insured transportation as the positon will be expected to travel to various CWC locations.
Care Coordinator for our new Case Management Program supporting individuals with Brain Injury:
We are looking for someone who has the passion to work with adults with brain injuries. The person in this position will assist clients with gaining access to needed waiver and other State plan services as well as medical, social, education and other services. This full-time position will be based out of our Bangor office and travel to client locations within CWC service areas. This positon is expected to maintain CWC productivity standards and client satisfaction. Candidates should possess excellent communication, interpersonal skills, documentation skills and the ability to multi-task. Must have excellent computer skills and will be required to complete documentation and paperwork using MS Word and an electronic medical records system. Must have valid State of Maine driver's license in good standing and reliable transportation. Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in social work or related field, have one year of community experience providing direct support, CBIS certification and/or experience with brain injury clients preferred.
We are seeking a highly organized, dedicated, talented leader to oversee the daily administrative operations of our clinical services. This positon will directly report to the Clinical Coordinator and will have an integral role in growth and development of our clinical program. The Clinical Manager will also provide professional counseling and assessment services to clients on a reduced caseload basis. The position will share in the responsibility for clinical backup support for all agency programs as needed. Must be an LCSW with 5-7 years of experience and preferably 2-3 years’ experience as a supervisor. Prefer a clinician who has experience working with various models including trauma-informed, recovery-focused and strength-based approaches. Must have a valid State of Maine Driver’s license with reliable transportation as this positon will require travel within our service areas to include Dover-Foxcroft, Bangor, Guilford and Greenville. May be expected participate in on call rotation.
Licensed Clinical Social Worker
We have a full-time opening in Dover Foxcroft in collaboration with Mayo Hospital & a part-time opening in Greenville for a strong generalist who is comfortable working as part of a team. Qualified applicants have the opportunity to provide services to adults, children, and families utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities. Must be a fully licensed LCSW.
Day Treatment Case Aide
Seeking creative, energetic, and caring people to provide support to adults with intellectual disabilities in our Dover Foxcroft location. Relief, or per diem positions available. The Day Program provides intensive skill building in both center & community locations. We work with small groups & have a team oriented environment offering support to each other while meeting goals. We require a high school diploma or equivalent & a State of Maine driver’s license in good standing.
Behavioral Health Professional
Caring People Are Needed to work with children with Behavioral Health Diagnoses. Position currently available in Orneville, Bangor, Guilford, Milo, Greenville, Monson, Derby, Carmel, Oakland & Parkman. These are part-time positions. Minimum qualifications: HS Diploma or Equivalent , Clean Drivers License & insured reliable transportation. Starting wage $9.50-$12 per hour depending on education and experience.
Behavioral Health Residential Staff
Seeking staff to work relief positions with challenging adult males in our Bangor & Brewer homes. Must be flexible and able to work evenings, as well as some weekend shifts. Must have a High School diploma or equivalent and valid ME driver’s license in good standing. Training is provided.
Direct Care Staff / Direct Support Professionals
Charlotte White Center is seeking staff to provide support to individuals with Intellectual Disabilities, Mental / Behavioral Health Diagnoses, Brain Injury and Cerebral Palsy in Bangor, Dover Foxcroft and surrounding areas. Must be available to work overnights, must have a High School diploma or equivalent and a valid ME driver’s license in good standing. Training is provided. Relief, Part Time and Full Time positions available.
