Charlotte White Center’s Daily Living Support Service helps members to remain oriented, healthy, and safe. It includes modeling, cueing, and coaching, and is offered either in a recipient’s home or the community in accordance with the consumer’s service plan.
We believe that all of our consumers have the strengths to develop their social, vocational, education, and interpersonal skills at their own pace, and should be acknowledged and nurtured. Therefore, we invite our consumers and their families to actively participate in their individual service plan development and in all treatment decisions affecting their growth and recovery.
