The Charlotte White Center’s Supportive Living Services for Adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities provide an individual with a comfortable home shared with one other resident, and 24/7 trained staff. The assigned staff members assist the residents in attaining skills to help them to be as independent as possible. Each resident has his/her own bedroom and receives individualized care tailored to his/her own treatment plan.

Charlotte White Center’s Staff provide residents with daily assistance in meeting the needs identified in their individualized treatment plan, which may consist of assistance with:
Reliable Staff
Our staff administers and monitors all medications, as well as reports any reactions to the resident’s doctors, when this is a need.
Our staff also refers residents to other appropriate services, such as counseling, occupational and physical therapy. Our staff schedules medical and dental appointments, as well as coordinates transportation to and from.
