The Charlotte White Center has been delivering mental health services for over thirty years. Throughout our long history of service we have looked to develop programs of support and partnership with individuals working to bring about positive change in their lives.
Our Skills Development Program offers a customized, one to one, community based teaching/training service for adults working on recovery issues associated with a mental health diagnosis. These services are offered under two domains: personal skills and employment skills.

The Employment Skills Development Program assists individuals in obtaining and maintaining employment. Typical challenges that might be addressed in obtaining employment are:

Eligibility
An individual is eligible for this service if they meet certain criteria:

Once eligibility is determined, a plan to identify Skills Development goals will be created with the individual being served, and staff will be assigned to work with the individual on obtaining and keeping those goals.
